The View Villa consists of four
spacious and comfortable apartments. It is situated in a calm compound, which
is only a 15 min drive away from Hurghada International airport and downtown
Hurghada, as well as from El Gouna, from the Marina, from the larger resorts,
the great restaurants and the Promenade, which is famous for its little shops.
This bright and spacious villa can be rented as a full villa or as 4 separate
apartments. Each floor has a kitchen, which is equipped with everything you
could need for a self-catering holiday, from making a simple breakfast to
cooking a 5-course meal. Every apartment is air-conditioned and has a washing
machine with powder and softener. You'll be provided fresh linen and towels
twice weekly and one pool towel is offered per stay, per person.
The villa has a wide terrace (70 sq. m.) with a private garden (750 sq. m.)
offering a large swimming pool, with a shallow end perfect for your children's
safety. The roof terrace (40sq. m.) gives you more privacy and a stunning sea
view as well as a pool and garden view.

How to get there
For your convenience, you will be met at Hurghada airport and returned there at
the end of your holiday.
The transfer fees for a small family or a group of friends that will only need
one car will be 25 Euros.
The transfer fees for a big family or group of friends that will need a micro
bus will be 45 Euros.
This price includes meeting and assistance outside the airport by the property
manager team.
